As I mentioned earlier, it is the marvellous beaches that attracts
many tourists to Naxos, but the question is whether the villages plays
an important role. There is a considerable amount of untouched villages
full of Greek everyday life, as well as there are many exploited villages.
The villages on Naxos forms a delightful mix of old and new, touristic
and genuine.

villages are Galini, Egares, Sangri,
Agios Arsenios, Glinado, Moni and the three villages
of Potami.
