Beaches on Lefkada

The beaches on the west coast belong among the best in the Ionian islands, absolutely in the same class as the best beaches on Kefalonia. Speaking of Kefalonia, there is a beach there called Myrtos, it is considered by many to be the best beach in Greece, and certainly it is amazing, but I wonder if not Porto Katsiki here on Lefkada is better. Almost all beaches consist of gravel or pebbles, a few offer sand mixed with gravel.
