Accommodation in Lefkada

Lefkada is mostly a package resort, few travel here independently, so it's not common to be met by letters of rooms when you disembark at the port. Most package travellers will find themselves in either Vasiliki, Ligia, Nidri, Nikiana or Perigiali. If you are travelling independently, you can choose to stay in almost any village, but most choose to stay in Nidri, Nikiana, Vasiliki or Agios Nikitas where there is the widest range.

I highly recommend Hotel Adriatica in Nikiana. They have 26 apartments and studios of high standard. All rooms are fully furnished and equipped with AC, TV, kitchen and private balconies from where you have a wonderful view of the strait that separates Lefkada from the mainland. It is an impressive sight that must be experienced to understand how beautiful it is.
