Sifnos' beaches are really good and there is something for all tastes:
long sandy beaches, splendid bathing-places with rocks, shallow child-friendly
beaches and secluded little coves for those looking for the naked solitude.
Amorgos is called
The Big Blue with good
reason. At Sifnos the sea is shimmering turquoise green, and just like
on Amorgos one experiences the sea as large and endless in places. So
I think Sifnos can live up to the motto The Big Blue-Green. Bring
your snorkel and mask, the sea is clear and there are many nice places
to snorkel.
