Beaches on Kefalonia

Kefalonia's beaches belongs to the best in the Ionian islands, one of them - Myrtos - is even considered to be one of Greece's best beaches. Almost all beaches are gravelly or pebbly, some have sand mixed with gravel, a few are pure sandy beaches, for example Xi beach on the southern part of the peninsula of Lixouri west of Argostoli. Below I present some of the beaches.
