Liendou and Kambos beach in Lipsi

There is no beach in the village, but two beaches lies very close. Liendou (or Lientou) - considered by many as the best beach on Lipsi - lies behind the hill in the port, along the road that leads to Platys Gialos beach.

Liendou beach.

The beach is narrow, quite short and very child-friendly: shallow, lovely water, soft and nice bottom and tamarisk trees that brings much needed shade. During mid and high season it's usually crowded on the beach.

If you continue to walk from Liendou towards Platys Gialos beach you will soon reach Kambos beach. It takes about 10 minutes to get here from the port. Just as Liendou beach, Kambos beach is short, narrow and lined with shady tamarisk trees.

No taverna on the beach, but there is a bar at Nefeli Hotel above the beach.
