Accommodation on Koufonissi

When I came to Koufonissi the first time there were mostly simple rooms for rent, today there are even real hotels, with swimming pool. One might think that there is no need for a swimming pool on an island surrounded by a natural pool, but many still prefer to swim in a pool, especially children. Today there are also good hotels at Finikas and Pori beaches. I don't recommend coming unbooked to Koufonissi, it's best to book in advance, as it is on pretty much all islands these days.

We always stay at Glaros Rooms and have done so ever since we first came to Koufonissi in 1997. The small pension is located to the right of the port beach if you face the sea. The pension consists of five rooms, three of which have a view of the sea. The view from the rooms with a sea view is absolutely fabulous!
