Lemonakia, Tsamadou and Tsabou in Kokkari |

The closest beach to Kokkari is Lemonakia beach and it is reached by foot in about 20-25 minutes. It is a very nice pebble beach with beautiful surroundings. The fact that Lemonakia is the closest beach to Kokkari, of course means that it may be quite crowded on the beach.

Tsamadou beach is just about a kilometre away from Lemonakia. The beach resembles a lot of Lemonakia, but there are not as many people here. The farther part of Tsamadou is Samos' unofficial nudist beach.

Tsabou beach lies about three kilometres from Tsamadou. Here are not as many people as at Lemonakia and Tsamadou. It's not just because of the fact that the beach lies further away from Kokkari, the beach is simply not as nice as the other two. On the other hand, there are rocks that are ideal for those who like to snorkel.

Tavernas and sunbeds are available on all three beaches. Distances from Kokkari: Lemonakia 1.5 kilometres, Tsamadou 2 kilometres and Tsabou 5 kilometres. |
