15 beautiful sunrises on Tilos

It is not as common to see sunrises in Greece as it is to see sunsets. Perhaps the most common reason for this is that most of us sleep when the sun rises. (But I do not.) Another reason is that it may not be possible to see the sunrise where you live. You can drive to a sunset to see it, but I do not think anyone makes an effort to drive to sunrises.

The most beautiful sunrises I have seen in Greece are in Crete and here on Tilos. I do not know how many hundreds of pictures I have of the sunrise on Tilos. It is almost impossible not to take photos, even though I already have a lot of similar pictures.

Very few are awake this early. Even the sailors are asleep.

Since I usually stay at Anna's Studios, it is from there that I enjoy the sunrise.

Can one day start better than a cup of coffee, a bouquet of bougainvillea and a sunrise.
