Lia beach in Serifos

Lia beach is a beach for me. Almost as good as Agios Sostis just north of Lia. Lia beach is located about 3 kilometres northeast of Livadi and to get here you need your own means of transportation, car or scooter, or hike.

Lia is one of my favourite beaches on Serifos, while others certainly think that Lia is wretched. There are no facilities at all, there is not even shade available. What I like about Lia is that the beach is small, that the sand is mixed with pebbles, that it gets deep at ones, the surroundings offers good snorkelling opportunities and that few are coming here.

In other words, you can bathe in the altogether. I like such beaches. The only thing missing is a taverna, so you must bring your own snack and drinks, or drive to Livadi to eat.
