Getting around on Iraklia |
Most people choose to get around on foot. The island's only paved road runs from the port (via Livadi beach) to Panagia (Chora). The route does not take many minutes to drive, in other words there is no reason to rent a scooter. If you walk slowly, it takes an hour to walk from port to Panagia. To Livadi beach, it takes a maximum 15 minutes.

HIKING IN IRAKLIAIraklia is an excellent hiking island, definitely nicer than the other islands of the Small Cyclades. To randomly discover the beautiful scenery is pleasant, the island is small and distances are short.
