The 8 best beaches on Poros

Poros is endowed with several fine beaches. The water is very attractive and the surroundings are incredibly beautiful. All beaches except one are located on the south coast and consist of sand or pebbles. The only beach up north is Vayionia beach where I unfortunately have not been.

The beaches are close to the town of Poros and it is convenient cycling distance to all beaches. West of the town of Poros are the beaches of Mikro Neorion, Calypso bay, Megalo Neorion, Love bay and Russian bay. To the east of the town of Poros are the beaches of Kanali, Askeli and Monastiri. Tavernas can be found on almost all beaches.
